· Shotgun start at 8:00 AM

· Two-man Captain’s Choice

· $80.00 entry fee per team

· Entry fee includes green and cart fees

· $5.00 Mulligan available – one per person per side. Non transferable

· Lunch will be provided immediately following play

PRIZES $ PRIZES $ PRIZES

· Prizes will be awarded to 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place finishers in each flight

· Separate prizes for 1^st place in each flight to S.M.A.R.T. members

· Closest to the pin will be awarded $50 on the par 3 holes

· $50 to the longest drive of the day on designated hole

· All entry fees are non-refundable

· Proceeds to benefit the S.M.A.R.T. Ladies Auxiliary
