 TEAM The #07 Modified currently being driven by Frank Fleming is owned by Wayne "Speedy" Thomas and his son Talmage. The Thomas hail from Martinsville, VA. and have been involved in modified racing for over thirty years. The famous #07 has amassed over 200 victories and has been driven by the likes of NASCAR Busch veterans Sam Ard and Tommy Houston, NASCAR Winston Cup Driver Jimmy Spencer and Bowman Gray Stadium Champion "Satch" Worley.
Since joining the #07 team, Frank Fleming has added over twenty wins to the Thomas legacy. Together the crew and driver have posted victories at Bowman Gray Staduim, several tracks on the S.M.A.R.T. tour, and the last modified race at the historic North Wilkesboro Speedway. Focus, driv and determination have allowed this team to return to victory lane over the years and will continue to put them in the winner's circle for years to come. |

Frank began his racing career in 1980, driving on the dirt track at 311 Speedway and moved to the modifieds in 1985 driving the black #40 of Jim Wilson and Ted Inman. One of the many highlights of Frank's career is qualifying for and racing in the 1990 Busch Grand National race at the Daytona International Speedway.
