The S.M.A.R.T. Ladies Auxiliary Awards a $25.00 cash prize to one driver encountering the most "Hard Luck" during a race. In 1997 the S.M.A.R.T. Ladies Auxiliary established the"Mechanic of the Year Award". Car Owners and drivers nominate candidates and S.M.A.R.T. Officails review each candidate and make their decision.
